[Casual] Trade District

The Trade District holds a few shops that sell magitech and other synthetic materials from Privellia, but most of the area is full of stalls selling what people have collected to make their living from the sea or from the jungle. As a result, bartering and haggling is more common than using currency, made evident by the shouts and sales pitches that fill the air of the district.

[Corvus Silver]

After walking several days without rest, Corvus finally arrives in Revak Port. "Well, here we are. Actual civilization!" He stands at the entrance to the city.

"...Now what?"

About an hour later, the bounty hunter arrives at the Trade District. He looks around at the stalls nearby, wondering how he'll earn the money to buy any of it.

[Shade]

In the midst of all of the tents, shops, carts, and stands, there is one cart where the keeper stands out a bit more than the rest of them. A sign reading "Spellweaver's Shop: Custom Designed Spells Available for Commission" hangs from poles attached to the cart, and below the sign is a very feline looking being. Said being is currently in the process of weaving a spell in front of a decently sized crowd of people. The crowd watches as magic flows between his hands and around his body. The magic surges, glows, and swirls around him as he imbues it with it's purpose, and suddenly it all rushes in between his hands and forms into a ball. He holds the ball and looks at it for a moment before spreading out his hands in front of him, expanding the spell in a circular fashion and revealing a large circle of runes. After a few moments of inspection and a few minor changes, the figure claps his hands together and the spellcircle collapses back into a ball of magic that he then takes into his hands and compresses, and after a moment he opens his hand to reveal a crystal glowing with the same glow as the magic he was wielding.

"And there you have it!"

He suddenly says.

"A fully formed and preserved barrier spell that will activate to block an incoming attack, then remain in effect for up to three hours. Granted, You probably won't need it to last that long, but hey, with that much magic it'll be able to withstand quite a lot."

He holds up the crystallized spell and looks at the commissioner, a man wearing an outfit that is very well suited for exploring the jungle and says

"Now remember, the crystal's glow will dim depending on how much magic is left, and I made it so the crystal will glow a dull red when you have fifteen minutes left, so keep an eye on the crystal once it's active."

The jungle hunter nods and says

"Yes, that should fit my purposes nicely. Now, you said this spell would cost one Rayfar, yes?"

To which the Feline Spellweaver nods and says

"Yes, one Rayfar, if you would."

The Jungle hunter reaches into a pouch attached to his outfit and pulls out one of the aforementioned coins and hands it to the feline, who in turn hands him the spell after placing it in a small case. He then says

"The case will keep it from activating before you need it. so just remember to take it out when you think you'll need it."

to the hunter who nods as he pockets the case and then walks away. The figure manning the shop then grins and says

"Anyone else need a spell?"

[Angel of the storm]

Among the crowd of traders there lays hidden a young adventurer and a dog companion.

"ah, look at all the shops there's so much stuff to buy here, unlike our little old village ain't that right Jacko?"

The dog barks in agreement whilst looking wide eyed at the meat stall at the end of the market.

"so where should we go first? We could go to the armory or maybe that magic shop thats supposed to be the greatest shop here! Ach, maybe we should look around first as we aren't really loaded are we Jacko?

The two begin the search for the weapon which will give them their dream of becoming a legendary adventurer but little do they now that they soon will get the adventure they so deserve.
