In your character sheet, you can access fields for your equipment. There are slots for your head, torso, legs, feet, both hands, and an accessory slot. Note that unlike a traditional RPG, not all characters are required to start with "beginner" equipment; some characters may start with enchanted weapons or extremely durable armor. Until you set your initial equipment, however, you will have Nothing.

Keep in mind that you may end up coming across better equipment, but please do not make the process as easy as running into a powerful mage's staff on the road. If possible, make it an adventure to earn the equipment, or to earn enough money to buy it.
