[Rules] Traits
Traits are similar to skills, but have a slightly different function. They are designed to add depth to your character by giving them 3 extra bonuses to start.
World Trait are based on the world your character originates from. All characters that do not have "Off-World" listed as their Home Region are from Entherium, and therefore have the Entherium World Trait, which gives the player basic knowledge in use of Magitech.
Race Traits are determined by your race. Each of the 4 default races of Entherium have pre-determined race traits, such as the human trait, which gives a bonus to Speech.
Personal Traits are chosen by the player, and can represent a wide range of abilities that are something innate to that character, and are thus are not "teachable" like Skills.
Traits that add a bonus to skills will confer a 4 Skill Point bonus. To balance the fact you can have up to 8 bonus SP from trait bonuses, you can only have one skill with more than 10 SP in it at character creation, including any skill points conferred by traits.
All World traits and Race traits currently in use will be listed below. If you have a trait you think should be added, contact me and I will add it to the list if the trait is more-or-less balanced.
