[Story] The birth of a new hunter.

[Aryuushin]

A bright light appeared in the jungle, followed up by a devastating explosion, incinerating everything.
Everything in the area became gray. Ash rains, emitting melancholy. In midst of that area stood a shadow.


The shadow's name is Ven'xar. He is no mere shadow, he is a Shadow Fiend.

He is almost completely engulfed in darkness, the only thing that gives him away are his blue eyes. The eyes shine brightly, enhancing the blackness of his pupils. You could see sheer malevolence and iniquity in them.

A mephistophelian grin appeared on his face "Ah.. A new place...Wonderful!" He exclaimed joyfully.

Snickering, he walked away somewhere.

[Zilla]

The air shimmers in front of the shadow-like being, glittering bright and mesmerizing amidst the gloominess of the ash rain. First appears a dazzling smile, two rows of perfect, pearly-white teeth framed by a pair of alluring deep crimson-red lips. Ivory skin spreads out from behind the grin, flowing over invisible cheekbones and down an unseen jawline, smoothening itself across a naked chest and body. Black eyelashes fan open, revealing a pair of milky-grey orbs for a brief instant before the colour was hastily mixed away into a blue so startling it seemed unnatural, the circular shape of the pupil in the center not quite right.

A child stands before the being in her full glory, her thick black hair curling itself at her delicate feet in raven-black pools. There is something unquestionably abnormal about the form as she takes a few steps towards the shadow and stands before him, her every movement impossibly fluid. She smiles at him, blue eyes twinkling with absolute delight. "You'll do!" she says happily.

[Aryuushin]

He gazes at the female being. 
"Oh...Hello!" He says, while grinning diabolically.
Slowly walking towards her, he extends his hand."Let's be friends young one!" He says mischievously while trying to reach his dagger carefully.

"Your line is beautiful." Ven'xar states, holding his dagger, grinning.

[Zilla]

Blue irises flash and begin glowing at the shadow's words, multiple shades of the colour swirling towards her dilated pupils in slow-turning spirals. She pouts, cocking her head to one side in a vaguely confused expression. "You can't do that," she says softly, her voice strangely ethereal and layered. "Aren't I already your little sister?

[Aryuushin]

He gazes into her irises. "Sister...? I don't have... You are my little sister? "
Ven'xar smiles and says "I remember now! You are my sister!"
He hugs her and snickers. "Let's spread our love.." The snickering slowly grew into maniacal laughter. "What do you say?"

[Lucy van Allen]

Not too far away, a loud roar can be heard throughout the whole jungle the moment Bahamut lands on the shore of the Lake Finitras, causing most of the present creatures to run away in terror.

"You are dismissed."

With that, Falcaria jumps off his head and lands on the ground. Bahamut nods and disperses into a cloud of crystal dust.

"Now a small break." She sits down on the ground and stares at the water, inhaling the fresh breeze of her surrounding...

[Zilla]

The Chesire-Cat grin on the girl's face stretches wider, a smile that looks a touch too big to be normal. The sound of the roar then reaches her ears, and her gleeful expression becomes tainted with curiosity for a brief moment. Trusting her new companion would follow her, she skips off into the jungle until she comes across a large, sleek sabretooth tiger. Blue eyes flash once more, and the big cat found itself serving as a mount.

[Aryuushin]

He started following his newly aquired sister. "
Tread lightly sister, hunt or be hunted, be one with the shadow, let the shadow be one with you, kill the weak..." He continues rumbling, but his voice gradually lowered became murmuring that she can't understand

Seeing the target from a distance, he prepares his knife. "A tiger...Oh, joy, we found some prey."

Seeing her hypnotise the tiger made his expression change to a grim one "I would.. Prefer if you asked me the next time.. Okay?" He says while trying his best to put on a fake smile.

"Let's mount it and go towards the mountains sister." Smilling, he picks her up and places her on the tiger. He jumps and mounts the tiger.

"I am ready whenever you are.."

[Zilla]

The sabretooth takes off with its new riders at a leisurely run, meandering through the jungle on a path only it knows, its only order that of a vague idea of leaving the jungle. Bored, the fae falls asleep.

Slowly, the canopy foliage eventually becomes thinner, open spaces blossoming into marshy grasses and scrubby undergrowth before finally giving way into hard, solid ground of a clearing on the outskirts of the jungle. The sabretooth tiger stops, unsure of what it should do now that its goal has been accomplished. The lack of movement awakens the fae, and she raises her head up in time to see a man climbing into the driver's seat of a horse wagon.

Falcaria suddenly jumps up, fixes her scythe on her back and instinctively begins to run. A crystal appears next to her, and it opens into a small portal. "Behemoth! Lead me out of here!" Behemoth jumps out of the portal and guides Falcaria at a quick pace to the Outskirts of the Jungle...

[Aryuushin]

Ven'xar holds her while she sleeps.
He yawns. "This is so boring.." He sighs.

He looks around as they reach the outskirts, watching carefully around. The first thing that he notices is a man climbing on a horse wagon.
Seeing his sister waking up, he jumps and rushes towarda the man. "This time you won't stop me!" He says while grinning. The knife is already in his hand, the only thing that he needs to do is get closer. Even while he is running, his footsteps can't be heard. The man didn't hear nor see him. He truly is a shadow. Ven'xar slashed the neck area of the man, blood started splurting out as the man's head slid down his shoulders. "Nothing beats the feeling of killing a man... Well...Killing a child perhaps feels better." He murmurs to himself.

He yells, waving towards her his sister. "Sister bring the tiger! We have a fancy ride!"

[Lucy van Allen]

From the edge of the jungle sounds a deep roar. Moments later, Behemoth appears and starts running at a a strange shadowy figure which stands next to a beheaded corpse.

Falcaria stops at the edge of the forest and observes the scene that's about to reveal infront of her. Instinctively, she creates 4 crystals of different colour between her fingers. "Let’s see how this works out..."

[Aryuushin]

While waving to the fae, the fiend hears a roar. The roar was so loud that the ground was shaking. Ven'xar looks at the jungle "I can see it". He smiles while deploying an illusion and starts walking to the large creature. His illusion looks at the little fae and points at the jungle, immediately after that, it imitates a throat cut on itself disappearing afterwards.

Ven'xar looks closely at the creature's head scanning every line it has while walking towards it. As the creature got closer he started running. When he got near it, he jumped avoiding it's bite and slashed a line on the creature's head.
The creature collapsed as it's head split apart, slowly turning into crystal dust.

[Zilla]

Seeing Ven'xar's illusion's mimicking action, her face splits into a wide grin and she turns towards Falcaria. She suddenly launches herself from the ground, the telekinesis propelling her forward in a sudden burst in front of Falcaria. The fae looks up at her, blue eyes flashing. "Why, hello there," she says sweetly, her voice strangely soothing and drowsiness-inducing. "I'm a little cold and need a hug, you know." Her gaze turns into into irresistibly imploring. "Could you give me one, please?"

[Lucy van Allen]

Instinctively, Falcaria lets go of one of the crystals between her fingers, causing it to be activated. However, in that moment, she's already in the ban of the girls voice and reaches out to hug her. That moment, Falcaria's whole body catches fire which somehow doesn't harm her, but burns down the vegetation around her...

[Zilla]

The fae's eyes widen and she jumps back from Falcaria's embrace, trying to avoid the sudden appearance of fire. She hastily pushes the stranger away and glances at her companion. Seeing him already starting for the stranger, she grabs him telekinetically and swings him in front of her, putting him between herself and the person on fire.

[Aryuushin]

Killing the creature, Ven'xar starts running towards the stranger. He sees the a sudden fire burning at their location. He sighs. "Useless.."
Suddenly he gets pushed forward and finds himself in front of the stranger.
The first thing he felt was warmth, when he looked better he saw that the stranger is engulfed in flames. Ven'xar looks at the engulfed stranger and slashes two lines, one located on each arm, finishing his attack by stabbing the stranger in the chest.

"AUUUGGH! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING YOU FILTHY LITTLE MAGGOT?!" Facaria begins to panick as she notices the stab in her stomach. "NO. FORGET IT. I WON'T TURN INTO AN UGLY CIE'TH!  PAHAHAHAHA! I'LL BECOME A CRYSTAL!" Her panic grows as her arms fall to the ground and the cyan crystal jumps at the shadow, due to the arm hitting the ground. "I WON'T! AHAHAHAHAHA! CRYSTALIZE! THIS STUPID FIRE." In her panic, Falcaria uses too quick, too much power. Additional, her mention of fire altera the original spell dramatically.

The terror in her face grows when she finally realises her mistake. Her whole body begins to turn into a Vermilion crystal...

The Cyan crystal in the meantime, activates the moment it touches the shadow and explodes, engulfing the being in the spell protega...

Falcaria screams in death terror, but  the scream is quickly cut off by the end of the crystallisation  process. Right in that moment, she explodes with a shockwave into heat and fire...

[Aryuushin]

After the explosion, the shadow fiend had his both legs missing. He started laughing maniacally. "So... This is my final kill..?" He takes his dagger up to his chest and stabs himself.
He continued laughing until he had no more strenght in his voice. The blue color in his eyes slowly faded away, turning his irises completely black.
He grinned joyfully as the last ounce of strenght left his body.

[Zilla]

Disappointed at the loss of her plaything and the lack of continued entertainment, the small figure skips away idly, leaving behind nothing but a confused sabretooth and the charred remains of the scene.
