Privellia is the capital of the Rayfaras Kingdom, and the seat of power of King Matthew. The city focuses mainly on the production and exportation of magitech, though there are scores of small businesses that supply the daily needs of the citizens.

The most notable locations are the Marketplace, the Palace, the Main Square, the Entertainment District, and the Manufacturing District. There are also a few small towns in the area around the city, one of which has a major airport that allows travel to the southern parts of the kingdom.
